Gourmet Restaurant This new store in the Carmes district opened in autumn 2023, in a pleasant pink brick room. It is run by several partners, including Stade Toulousain player Matthis Lebel. In the kitchen, a very young (and smiling) chef, Alexandre Bressoles, in the dining room, one of the partners, a very active waitress and a trendy atmosphere. The principle here is that of sharing, away from the triptych of starter, main course and dessert, with a choice of dishes in protein mode (three fish, three meats) or vegetable mode, or to share (lamb shoulder and 1 kg prime rib that evening), cheese platter (too cold) and three pastry proposals (from Gentina). With a few improvements, including the rather slim wine list, there seems to be plenty of room for improvement, with good vibes and atmosphere two major assets.
