Gault&Millau's review2026
The opulent setting of the InterContinental lends itself to chic dinners and successful business lunches. The house has put in the effort to make this "second" restaurant feel like a table in its own right, and the result is quite convincing, both in the service and in the plate, guaranteeing the two toques: supions à la plancha, soupe au pistou, aïoli, filet d'Aubrac jus d'une daube provençale, we're on familiar ground, which doesn't prevent us from doing things right, right up to the final "rock opera" or panettone ice cream.
