In the center of the village, a promising cuisine, full of ideas and good will. Opened two years ago, but closed for a long time, Gaelle and Ludovic's restaurant is now back in business. Some fine-tuning is still required, but there's plenty of spirit and imagination in this pleasant setting, with its terrace overlooking the Provençal square, fountain, plane tree and laurel trees: caramelized melon, smoked provolone espuma, suckling pig, eggplant with black curry, apricot reduction, a dish that could have been worth two toques if the meat hadn't been overcooked, creamy corn, turmeric ginger syrup... Classic cellar with no real advice.
