Chef's Restaurant In this beautiful, luxurious country estate, a luxury 4* hotel for a few days in the country, and a bourgeois table following the spirit to the letter, by Éric Sana and Alexandre Perlot. In this large dining room decorated in today's style, the chef follows in the footsteps of great historical traditions: crispy turbot, fine lobster stuffing and champagne foam, duck foie gras and old-fashioned pig's trotters, a medallion of monkfish roasted with fennel, duck in orange sauce, sweetbreads braised carbonara-style, crêpes suzette flambéed in the dining room. Fine champagne cellar.
