In this 1650-style Spanish inn, renovated into a bright room with beautiful white tablecloths, Julie Hacquard provides smiling service in the dining room. As for her husband Damien, he's in charge of the kitchen, preparing seasonal cuisine that's traditional enough, but with a touch of daring. Salmon is smoked in-house or prepared fresh as a paupiette with lemongrass, while beef fillet is accompanied by potato croquettes with liquorice sauce. The bread is homemade and good.
