Opened by Léo and Clément in May 2024, this new bistro is good news for the port city, a warm and simple place, full of engaging authenticity. It's an address that doesn't cheat, with dishes on the slate made with local produce, small-scale country furniture and a friendly atmosphere, all washed down with a small natural cellar that's right up to date with the times. Plates are well-priced and to the point: spring rolls with oyster mushrooms and peanut sauce, fillet of julienne with gochujan and coconut sauce, spinach with ginger and bulgur, filet mignon with onion fondue, leeks and grenailles, chocolate mousse.
