In the tiny dining room, the bar hides the hobs, the kitchen is open to the dining room and Antoine Pépin can be seen officiating and setting the plates with a smile. Amandine Bessèeres is in the dining room, no less smiling, welcoming, advising and serving. A single menu at €19 is imposed, with a €4 supplement for a beautiful cheese plate. Today's menu was a carrot, turmeric and coconut milk velouté, fresh and full of flavor, followed by a remarkable leg of lamb on a bed of julienned chard, rosemary and potato sauce, with a few discreet sprigs of chervil adding a hint of garrigue anise, before a mellow (a little dry) lemon and almond.
