Gault&Millau's review 2026

Above the Comptoir des Isles boutique, a now-classic restaurant in Touquet. The menu brings together today's fashions against a traditional backdrop: salmon tartare, smoked salmon, nori chips with wasabi ice, grilled zucchini fillet with roasted tomatoes and sauce vierge, beef pavé ratatouille with Choron sauce. All the essentials are included in the Le Nid menu at €45.
