Gourmet Restaurant It's a bistro just the way we like it: a warm setting where wood comes to the fore, touch-touch tables for the essential conviviality, a counter in front of the rotisserie for salivating, quenching your thirst and chatting with Vincent Guillemot, an invigorating and friendly service under Sophie's leadership and, of course, dishes on the slate that are simply mouth-watering! For example, this frank terrine of home-made pig and duck with quince pickles, roast hake fillet with Jerusalem artichoke cream or chicken-haddock pastilla (a little too dry, though) with cauliflower cream and melting potatoes. As for the citrus tart with bergamot mascarpone mousse, it makes for a smiling finale. A short selection of perfectly matched wines. These winemakers have proven themselves! Brouilly from domaine Trichard, crozes-hermitage from Colombier, coteaux bourguignons from domaine Jobard-Morey, côtes de gascogne from domaine Pellehaut, côtes du marmandais from Elian Da Ros...
