On the northern slopes of Montmartre, Les Collonges offers modern cuisine rooted in a seasonal approach. The plates reveal some fine creations, such as the cauliflower and parmesan cappelletti, the red mullet served with a sweet potato satay purée and a pomegranate molasses bone jus, or the Jerusalem artichoke and salted butter caramel ice cream. A young address with already solid and creative assets that could assert itself by finding more personality and harmony. Warm service and a well-thought-out wine list, rich in independent estates, consistent with the spirit of the place.
