A former hunting lodge set in a splendid ten-hectare park in the heart of the Loire Valley, this is where Christophe and Sophie Lunais bring to life the finest local, locavore and seasonal cuisine. The dishes are traditional, simple and effective, with a frank and sincere Loire flavour: homemade foie gras terrine, cod steak, vegetable tian and rice nérone, sauce vierge, veal steak from the Herbage des Monnaies, mashed potatoes and new vegetables, rhubarb tart... A warm atmosphere.
