Gourmet Restaurant Above the Bois de Vincennes, a bistro that's very much in tune with the times, ticking all the boxes of neo-bistronomy with its clever interior blend of old and new. While retaining the old mosaic floor and the typical layout, with its enfilade banquette-tables, the bright colors and choice of Scandinavian furniture renew the style in a most mischievous faux-bohemian tone. On the plate, you'll find bistro-style compositions with an eye for the South, with just the right amount of mastery: gazpacho verde and tomato basil sorbet, snacked swordfish steak, melon coulis and fresh ratatouille, duck breast, cream of mushroom and broccoli purée, pineapple salad with verbena. Good service.
