Lost in the Cantal mountains, this beautiful address at the start of the mountains is a bucolic and secluded place, where you can enjoy a unique atmosphere, both timeless and exotic. Winter and summer alike, the place offers a unique view and a pleasant moment, where the local terroir is put to good use in compositions to match: snail cassolette with fourme d'Ambert cheese, scallops with citrus sauce, craquant des Chazes (sweetbreads, quail fillet and foie gras) with morel mushroom sauce, fine apple tart. Smiling service.
