Just a few minutes from the town center, this 3* hotel-restaurant is an excellent base for exploring the Jura wine route. The beautiful bourgeois house is also home to a fine dining room, where you can enjoy regional dishes as well as more contemporary recipes. À la carte: asparagus and hay-smoked egg yolk, liquorice beurre blanc, filet and stuffing of mullet with leeks, iodized condiment, shellfish, potatoes and buckwheat, classic farmhouse poultry with morels and vin jaune, morel cromesquis... Regional cellar.
