Selected The clientele from the northern plateaus, executives and the Rouen bourgeoisie, invest massively, particularly for lunch with the Ardoise du midi at €22.90, this impersonal room in the town's shopping center, right next to the town hall. Little attention is paid to the view of the Carrefour Market across the street, and the large service team handles the eighty covers with ease, part of the team, including the head chef, having worked at Gilles Tournadre's establishments. The following formulas, priced at €30, €36 and €45, offer a formatted choice in tune with the times: salmon gravlax and red cabbage, snacked scallops with a hummus port reduction, fillet of sea bass with tajine-style vegetables, well-cooked veal mignon with a generous timbale of venerated rice. Desserts in the same vein (gingerbread like French toast with mango, shortbread with citrus mascarpone), classic and varied cellar.
