A simple, straightforward approach to bistro cuisine. So as not to complicate anyone's task, the offer is reduced to a single "menu of the month", priced at a very tight €26. The choice is wide enough to satisfy everyone, with Canailles pâté or mackerel en escabèche, calf's head or pork mignon in a chorizo crust, blanc manger coco or forêt-noire. Sarrazin's côte-chalonnaise is €7 a glass and €27 a jar.
