Description

Driven by a passionate desire to get back to the basics of local cuisine, partners Frédéric Dossetti and Thomas Rambour have opened Les Burgers d'Annie. How did it start? A family affair, involving a German grandfather and father (the country of origin of the burger) and a grandmother, Annie, a fine cordon bleu cook who only uses vegetables from her garden. The concept? Tasty burgers, each named after a member of the family, and composed according to their culinary preferences. For example, Annie's burger is made with Comté cheese, while the goat's cheese and honey burger is named after her mother, Babette... Depending on the season, the famous burger may be served with pan-fried foie gras, truffles or lobster. Chef Valentin Neraudeau also magnifies other French gastronomic dishes. The place, attached to the old 15th-century church, is located at the foot of the château's steps, and boasts a private terrace and garden overlooking the Place Louis XII, a landmark of the town of Blois. Simply magical!
