Pierre and Alexandre, two friends from the restaurant business, epicureans by nature and lovers of good food, joined forces last August to open their Parisian bistro inspired by the "bouchon lyonnais", where they welcome you as they would friends at home. Nothing has been left to chance: crockery and antique furniture that tell a story and add character to the place, tables that invite you to chat happily, and even an adorable dog who adds an extra touch of soul to this unique place. And it's off to a moment of gourmet well-being around the Chef's dishes. The menu, which changes regularly and makes you want to come back often, is deliberately pared down to leave room for only the best: four starters, four main courses and three well-thought-out desserts, including vegetarian options, a fine selection of ten red and ten white wines, renowned labels or nuggets unearthed from small producers and subtle food-wine pairings... All that's left to do is savor the moment, why not over a pâté croûte and a sausage from Lyon's famous Baraban house, before succumbing to the divine chocolate mousse!
