Gault&Millau's review 2025

The tone is that of a Parisian bistro open to the times, but you have to look closely to find a real chef's touch in these classics. The interior is at once banal, typical and meticulous, and the focus is on the plate, with the perfect egg with mushrooms, the stuffed piquillos, the skate wing with lardons and the veal entrecôte with vegetable tian.
