Chef's Restaurant To celebrate the House of Jacques Selosse, it was essential to add a touch of height, as embodied by Stéphane Rossillon's cuisine. He runs the restaurant with his wife Nathalie in a beautiful mansion with white facades, decorated soberly and tastefully. The chef's ideas can be found on two menus at €47 for lunch and €75 for dinner, featuring turkey sot-l'y-laisse, rocket cream, tomato salad, melon, avocado and mozzarella, duck breast with roasted potatoes, oyster mushrooms and vegetables with bourbon vanilla salt, and a dessert of roasted Reine Claude. Friendly service.
