Gault&Millau's review 2026

A showcase for the House of Jacques Selosse, Stéphane and Nathalie Rossillon's table serves as much to promote the estate as it does to celebrate Champagne, with elegant gourmet cuisine and undeniable good taste. The beautiful manor house introduces the charm of the moment, and continues in the plates of this former chef from Pic, where he spent more than ten years. Menus at €49 and €80 clearly distinguish the two atmospheres of lunch and dinner, with a bistronomic formula and a four-course gastronomic formula. Well-matched cellar.
