A villa full of charm, high above Cape Town road and harbor, with a serene, refined dolce vita atmosphere and poolside cocktails for residents. In the evening, the "American" table comes alive, for a moment of conviviality and elegance. Island products are used for unsophisticated cuisine that goes straight to the essentials: roasted Cape langoustines, fish soup, filet of sea bream with creamy polenta, sautéed veal with olives, paccheri and parmesan. Good service, natural and courteous, cellar of Cape treasures, including patrimonio.
