This stunning mansion, just a stone's throw from the port of Erbalunga, is the most charming vacation spot in the Cape. Here, you’ll enjoy moments of great serenity, right up to dinner in the garden, where the seasonal cuisine is well-executed and unpretentious, letting the regional ingredients shine: charcuterie, Cape langoustines and bisque, fish soup, veal sauté with olives and paccheri, organic eggplant Bonifacienne-style with AOP brocciu, semi-fondant chocolate with vanilla ice cream… Service is well-paced, friendly, and relaxed, with a wine cellar featuring wines from Cap, Patrimonio, and all over Corsica.
