The breath of nature in this village of famous eaux-de-vie. A superb natural setting surrounds the hotel, a family home that Matthias Degouy and his wife Caroline continue to embellish year after year. Benoît, in collaboration with Matthias, is at the helm of the kitchen, where he creates a coherent menu focused on the natural environment: pan-fried duck foie gras with rhubarb compote, farm-raised pork chop with charcuterie-style meat juices, duck breast lacquered with honey (the chef is also a beekeeper) and organic vegetables... Caroline enlivens the dining room and cellar with her own special touch.
