Les Accords Éphémères combines the spirit of a passionate wine cellar, the convivial atmosphere of a wine bar and the gourmet delights of a dining cellar. Located in the heart of Petit Bayonne, this address, designed by Tom Albani, puts the spotlight on wine, spirits, cocktails and shared cuisine. The cellar features over 150 carefully selected references, with a particular focus on wines from independent winemakers, biodynamic cuvées and spirits with character. At the table, local produce inspires a menu that evolves with the seasons: vitello tonnato, pulled pork, tuna ventrèche, anchovies and homemade beef meatballs are served in a warm atmosphere. Regularly renewed signature cocktails complete the experience. Tastings, themed evenings and oenological discoveries punctuate the life of this address, where the pleasure of sharing and discovery guides every visit.
