Gourmet Restaurant Having worked with Ducasse and Michel Bras, Corrèze native Cyril Auboiroux has returned home to apply the lessons learned from his long journey. The result is one of the most exciting tables in the prefecture, with new ideas and good technique, bringing a little piece of the capital back to Corrèze. On the tables, you'll see pea tartlet, perfect egg, garlic emulsion and ham chips, seared Mediterranean red tuna with saffron and fennel risotto, duck leg confit, artichokes en barigoule, wild garlic and strong jus, strawberry-rhubarb muscovado tartlet.
