For over thirty years, the Carrère-Laas family has run this farmhouse, which has been converted into an inn, and has kept alive a tradition and hospitality that we still love. Capable of reinventing itself, the house has been renovated to combine history and modernity, without sacrificing any of its picturesque family charm. The menu is both regional and national, depending on what's on the menu and what's on the market: melon and coppa, Tarbais bean salad with vinaigrette and red mullet fillet, cod with chorizo flakes, mushroom risotto, duckling fillet and roasted peach, chocolate moelleux.
