Gault&Millau's review 2026

A beautiful manor house on the banks of the Loire, a well-preserved tradition is reflected in a wide-ranging à la page menu, with its selection of ingredients and dishes in vogue: grilled rock octopus with chorizo bellota potatoes and black garlic sauce, foie gras and smoked eel with mango chutney, scallops with beet and Brussels sprouts parsley. The region is also represented, here and there, notably with the dessert crémet d'Anjou, red fruits, figs and hazelnut crumble..
