In a small village north of Rennes, Alexis Lionnais and Alban Gardien are at the helm of this pleasant market table, with its attractive black and wood frontage. The two Etcheverry alumni complement each other perfectly, Alexis in the dining room and Alban in the kitchen. The chef offers two menus that do their job perfectly, a €30 lunch menu and a more sophisticated €60 evening offering, featuring just-cooked mackerel, cauliflower, tonka bean and dashi broth, white asparagus roasted in sesame oil, parsley, candied egg yolk and bottarga, peach return with red cabbage and grapefruit, dill, roast saddle of lamb with chickpeas, lemon confit and mint, dessert of fine chocolate leaves, pandan and rice pudding ice cream.
