Gault&Millau's review 2025

A quarter of an hour from Rennes, this is the place to dine away from the crowds, in a warm and welcoming setting. Alexis and Alban, the 2 A's who worked at Etcheverry in Saint-Grégoire, are two very good pros who handle business meals and dinners with friends with equal ease. The €28 lunch menu is a big hit, but you'll want to come back in the evening for the €58 sequence: veal tataki with anchovies, asparagus and mackerel, pollack with mandarin beurre blanc, baby lamb with wild garlic, vanilla and bergamot, with original, well-crafted accompaniments.
