A wine merchant who loves natural, organic and biodynamic products, always with good advice and a smart little nibble to go with it. Tapas, charcuterie (a good pâté, ham from Ospital...), oysters from the Ile de Ré, marrow bones, gravlax of pollack for an aperitif that can be made even more substantial by extending the moment with pig sausage and roast chicken, before cheeses from Épicurium and a small dessert. Fifteen wines by the glass, beer, apple juice...
