Laurent Gerra and his team are to be commended for their concern and commitment to maintaining the lustre of this institution. We may no longer be in the days when Jean-Paul Lacombe ruled the town, but it's still a pleasure to visit this legendary establishment and enjoy cuisine that neither disappoints nor disappoints. With quality products, French meats and service in the right tone: oeufs meurette, saladier lyonnais, pâté en croûte, quenelle, Grenoble skate wing, andouillette Bobosse au gratin, veal liver with parsley.... All timeless dishes to be preserved and enjoyed in their classic form. Crêpes Suzette flambéed at the table add to the authenticity, and the cellar is just as serious.
