Chef's Restaurant Will Léon de Lyon once again become the beacon of Lyonnais gastronomy it once was? We wish Laurent Gerra and his team all the best. We know he's very attached to the place, and highly motivated to make it climb the chef's ladder once again. The mythical setting has been refreshed, welcoming and inviting, so you can immerse yourself in the specialties of the moment: foie gras and seasonal fruit chutney, pike-perch in a royal red wine and onion sauce, Bresse poultry with crayfish, crispy sweetbreads with mushroom jus corsé, not forgetting the Lyon of old, with oeufs meurette, pike quenelle with lobster sauce, tête de veau gribiche and île flottante aux pralines. Service on the rise, cellar rhône bourgogne lyonnais.
