Original Restaurant Since May, Angers has been home to the trendy pizzeria that's revolutionizing the genre. The excellent sourdough dough is made by Julian Sanchez, a young Chilean who has worked in several identical establishments in the capital; the menu is short, with a choice of five pizzas, including our favorite, the fior di latte, organic green asparagus, parmesan and roasted garlic springtime interview. The pizzas are accompanied by natural or biodynamic Loire Valley wines, through to a dessert of fior di latte, amarena cherries and airy meringue.
