Gourmet Restaurant In the Brotteaux district, this secluded restaurant claims a touch of gastronomy, which is to its credit, even if the service, as a result, adds a little in the way of manners. But this doesn't detract from the plate, which is quite refined and gourmet, as in the fine Découverte menu at €39 : with the cromesquis of beef cheek confit, reduced jus, creamy parsley root, pickles, a tender meat in an ensemble lacking a little flavor, the yellow Dombes chicken in Thai marinade and breaded panko, lemongrass broth (not really essential), glazed vegetables, hazelnut pumpkin cream, before the chocolate and fir leaf to leaf, fir cocoa sorbet. Lively, precise service.
