A true table of bon vivants, lovers of cooking as much as bowling, that can be discovered in the restaurant as well as in the cellar next door. Eddy Derré's world is one of friends' tables, where sharing and friendship are essential ingredients, and where familiar recipes serve as a bond between gourmet memories. The €50 menu is a real pleasure, with pan-fried foie gras and mushrooms, fish from the fish market, half-pigeon and polenta, chanterelles and onions, beef fillet and jus, and rum baba. Very fine selection in the cellar.
