Gault&Millau's review2026
Of course, there's the divine terrace overlooking the Sorgue, slightly off the road and away from the tourist crowds, which adds to its exclusive character. But first and foremost, Le Vivier is a serious and regular restaurant, with all the comforts you'd expect, thick tablecloths, attentive service and a real pro at the helm, Romain Gandolphe, whose cuisine favors local produce and, of course, the seasons. His starter menu (excluding the €50 market menu, served at lunchtime on weekdays) comes in at a perfectly justified €85 (starter, fish, meat, dessert), with a particular focus on mackerel and beet and beef, broccoli, onions and black garlic jus. A very varied wine cellar, with an extensive selection by the glass.
