Gourmet Restaurant Twenty-six years on and the Mont family's success continues unabated. Behind the red bricks, Marc-Étienne and his son Valentin are in charge of the kitchen, while Christine and second son Matthias are in charge of the dining room and sommelier, serving elegant coastal cuisine. Local producers are showcased in classically inspired compositions, such as blue lobster in a spring roll, asparagus, green apples and verbena, foie gras marble with Amiens macaroon, sole meunière, juliette des sables crushed with a fork, sweetbreads and langoustines with morel mushrooms, Grand Marnier soufflé. The fish tank is also recommended, with numerous oysters, shellfish and seafood platters ranging from €29 to €60.
