Outside the city, but still within the commune, this Vivier keeps the right tempo to offer its regulars what they've come to expect: a bit of marine freshness revisited with the fashions of the moment (a bit too much) and a few regional dishes. Pleasantly served, here are the oysters, the sea trilogy with tuna rillettes, salmon ceviche with mango, tiger prawns in panko satay sauce, smoked salmon maki with tarragon basil and bell pepper espuma, potjevleesch fries.
