Immutable Vivarais, father and daughter, who have been weaving the Lyonnais thread with such loyalty for fifteen years. Williams and his daughter Audrey give their best with scrupulous precision, the chef knowing all the subtleties of this capital gastronomy and shaping it in her own way to offer a bourgeois cuisine of fine personality: fond d'artichaut au foie gras fumé maison, pâté en croûte Richelieu, quenelle de brochet sauce Nantua risotto arborio et champignons, joue de boeuf sept heures, porcelet farci à la broche, ris de veau doré au sautoir... The menu is enriched by game dishes in season, and desserts have the same great taste (tarte pralines, ardéchois aux poires caramélisées...).
