Chef's Restaurant A serious establishment on the village square, counting on its regulars all year round. The whole team is very pleasant, with a slightly old-fashioned atmosphere that fits in well with this traditional place. We're right on target with foie gras au torchon and garbure pickles, tastou foie gras truffle and meat jus, well-cooked monkfish, truffle macaroni and Pacherenc matelote sauce. After these generous dishes, firmly rooted in their terroir, we revisit Peach Melba with verbena ice cream.
