Gault&Millau's review 2026

This valiant, centrally located restaurant makes every effort to hold its own. The toque is deserved and maintained for this 48 € menu-card, which offers a certain abundance of choice with a strong emphasis on modernity: poultry ballottine with pistachios and smoked bacon in a tartar sauce with fresh herbs and beet gel, octopus and tuna ikejimé snacked in a shellfish and ossau iraty risotto, veal kidneys with mushrooms in a port wine jus, strawberry millefeuille with a light verbena cream and lemon balm gel. Good lunchtime fare at €29, with friendly, attentive service.
