Gourmet Restaurant An ambitious new restaurant that attracts customers of all generations to its contemporary cuisine and chic products. There was a large supply of scallops when we visited, slipped into half the starters and three of the five courses. The execution is professional, the ideas fairly classic, and Demy nostalgics will appreciate the location and view of the famous Place des Demoiselles. Pleasant coulis d'étrilles and mouillettes grillées à la crème d'algues, saint-jacques et andouille de Guéméné jus de viande potiron, poire pochée crème cinnamon pear jelly and caramel. Attentive young female service, not a very well-informed backup cellar.
