Good will and good humor are the hallmarks of the new owners, who have taken over from Charlie and Mélanie. It's a modern, pleasant bistro, where the chef imagines contemporary seasonal cuisine. You'll find croc boudin noir, mushrooms and a balsamic and morello cherry reduction, breaded salmon pavé with black olive, pan-fried vegetables, roasted hazelnuts and seaweed tartar, grilled low-temperature veal, caramelized onion purée, pommes duchesses with sweet potato and pepper sauce, a cannelé with walnut custard and mendiant praline. A warm atmosphere.
