Here's a beautiful 3* hotel at the foot of the mountains, with a certain comfort, notably with its swimming pool, which is a delight in summer, and Francis Gaye's traditional table. The formula is simple, but so effective that it stands on its own: good produce and decent prices, for classics done just right, so that you can safely rediscover small squid in parsley with quinoa and onion escabeche, fillet of sea bream with eggplant mousse, cherry tomato and risotto, sliced duck breast with green pepper, button mushrooms, broad beans and gratin dauphinois. Classic desserts.
