Gourmet Restaurant A wine bar with a long-standing reputation, where people continue to discover, meet and exchange ideas. That's the aim of any self-respecting wine bar, and this one has long been a forerunner. At the table, the focus has long been on trendy, good-quality products chased by varied, exotic, original and surprising ingredients, giving ideas for seasoning octopus (mozza, samphire, lemon harissa vinaigrette), clams (dashi leek broth with xo sauce), hake (carrot, radicchio, goat's cheese with herbs...).
