Close to the Canal Saint-Martin, this well-known spot attracts a large number of customers, who come elbow to elbow for Franco-Japanese cuisine washed down with a rich wine list. No menu, just dishes of the day à la carte: rock fish soup with tapenade crème montée; yellowtail sashimi, tiger leche jelly, avocado cream with yuzu kosho. We continue with tempura de sardine de Loctudy or panko breaded carré de cochon du Perche, finishing with citrus sorbet or rice pudding. These dishes are accompanied by a selection of organic, biodynamic and natural wines: Blanc-Noir from the Soulier brothers; Cuvée de Léa from Simon Batardière; Morgon from Guy Breton.
