Opposite the Palais Brongniart, the classic brasserie, very Parisian in service and atmosphere, attentive and well-briefed service, quick order-taking for traders in a hurry, wide menu with all the codes: oysters, seafood platters, snails, pâté croûte, fish-and-chips-style whiting, calf's head, calf's liver with parsley, burger, entrecôte béarnaise... Expected desserts (baba, profiteroles, crêpes Suzette), salads and croques for those with a small appetite, weekly specials with andouillette on Wednesdays.
