Description

Between Valence and Die, in this picturesque village on the banks of the Drôme, a starting point for kayakers and hikers, Myriam and Dominique Muller have fallen in love with this building set alongside the ramparts. An enchanting setting that Myriam enhances with seasonal decor. As for the chef, he poetizes his signature dishes: fresh scallops snacked then deglazed in white wine with crayfish and mussels, or a Rossini pavé with foie gras and Port sauce. You can also try a magnificent fillet of pike-perch with champagne sauce, a pure delight! For dessert, our homemade bounty with its scoop of coconut ice cream and salted butter caramel will delight your taste buds with sweet happiness. To accompany each of these delicate dishes, the restaurateurs have selected a local wine in white, rosé and red, from the region's emblematic Crozes Hermitage and Clairette de Die, by the glass, pitcher or bottle. Enjoy a timeless break in the dining room or on one of the shady terraces overlooking the Trois Becs mountain.
