Sponsored Myriam and Dominique Muller fell in love with this picturesque village, anchored on the banks of the Drôme and a kayaker's paradise, 20 years ago. Set along the ramparts, their restaurant benefits from the history of saillanaise, and perfectly reflects Provencal authenticity. At the piano, the Chef excels in the preparation of his Signature dish: snacked fresh scallops, to which he adds crayfish, then deglazes with white wine and mussels, all accompanied by sautéed potatoes, market vegetables and salad. But he also offers the emblematic Rossini pavé with foie gras and port sauce, entrecôtes, magrets... you'll be seduced by the quality and delicacy of the dishes presented. As for wines, in the land of Clairette de Die and Crozes Hermitage, restaurateurs suggest regional nectars by the glass, pitcher or bottle. As soon as spring arrives, Myriam will seat you on the terrace to perfect your tasting while admiring the Trois Becs mountain.
