Not far from Tarbes, this venerable institution has been welcoming guests to its rooms and table for over fifty years, with a 3* service that ensures a certain loyalty. The dishes of Jean-Pierre Cénac, who works with constant attention to the Bigourdan terroir, are rendered with honors: garbure, duck foie gras, magret de canard, a Bigourdan cassoulet, and beautifully crafted desserts. Very competitive prices.
