To go any further, you have to leave La Bastide. Not for very long, but long enough to get to Asia. The tone is also majestic, with a view that makes you dizzy even without being at the edge of the terrace... it's the Bastide de Gordes effect. The menu is more worthwhile for its execution: sashimi, egg rolls, tempura of anthology, a royal sea bream that we won't forget, cooked in banana leaf. Professional service.
