Gourmet Restaurant A fine Burgundy address in the center of the village, where Fabrice Germain, Maître-Restaurateur, delivers a good vision of a terroir he knows well. The extensive menu caters for all regional tastes and pleasures, with eggs meurette, snails, parsley ham, coq au vin and fillet of beef with shallots, white wine and ham, plus a few good personal specialties, such as foie gras with a Cajun blend of Timur berries, poacher's fricassee (snails, mushrooms, shrimps) or a pleasant regional dessert with the tarte sablée cremeux cassis anis de Flavigny. A good Terroir menu at €40. A fine Burgundy cellar recommended by Corinne Germain, with a wide choice of wines by the glass, with Santenay at the top of the list.
