They offer speciality salads, burgers and pizzas concocted by chef Ryan Zarka, using fresh seasonal produce sourced from nearby market gardeners and artisans to guarantee top-quality dishes. Every month, they challenge their customers to create the pizza or burger of the moment: for example, a pizza with a base of cream, camembert, red onion, tomato confit, cured ham and old-fashioned mustard, or a burger made with a butcher's steak, lemon yoghurt cream and chives, tomato confit, black olives, red onion, mozzarella and salads... original recipes to tantalize your taste buds with pleasure.
