Just a few minutes from Pont-Saint-Esprit, Audrey and Thierry Bonfante's restaurant is an ode to Provence, in a bucolic setting of natural landscapes and traditional farmhouses. Chef Thierry Bonfante's simple, well-crafted regional cuisine is the perfect way to rediscover a taste for the real thing. On the €35 menu, aïoli, monkfish medallion, artichoke barigoule with lemon and coriander, roast squab, mushroom fricassee and crispy potatoes, rum baba... A warm welcome.
