Chef's Restaurant In this bourgeois house with its slightly old-fashioned decor, the chef prepares a cuisine based on noble products, in a very classic execution and at Mansonnian prices, around €40 per dish. The Affaire menu at €43 is more affordable, with a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts. Haddock and leek ravioli, egg yolk with Melfor vinegar, lemon emulsion or homemade pâté en croûte, just-cooked rare tuna steak, mushroom risotto, garlic and parsley emulsion or cooked veal mignon rosé, braised endives, beet cream, reduced veal jus, fine apple tart, vanilla ice cream or chocolate passion sphere, chocolate crumble, all well executed and served with friendliness.
