A new, young restaurant that's sure to be the talk of the town: Mathilde and Charles-Henri opened their restaurant a few months ago, in a lovely wood-panelled setting, and this table brings a breath of fresh air. The chef's cuisine is full of character, with a menu renewed every month. For €39 on the Découverte menu, interesting dishes include pumpkin velouté, roasted fig with honey and rosemary, filet de vive with cream of spinach, leek and grilled fennel, quasi de veau with cocoa jus reduction, mousse and coffee buttercream. La Prairie cheeses can be added for an extra €10. Small cellar under construction.
