Gourmet Restaurant Following the installation of Jean Imbert at the helm of the Martinez kitchens, Le Sud is back in the brasserie business, with new colors and new ideas. The place evokes the Roaring Twenties with great elegance and charm, as in the early days of tourism on the Riviera, while the dishes revisit the Mediterranean register with intelligence: salade niçoise, carpaccio of scallops and artichokes, soupe au pistou, gratin of sea bream, spaghetti with bottarga, guinea fowl on the spit and gratin of Jerusalem artichokes, a paris-brest with Piedmont hazelnut.
